Are all of the Eloise Country Jewellery pieces handmade?

Yes! all of our pieces are thoughtfully designed and delicately handmade to order. Small variations may occur, which makes every piece unique!

Will my Eloise Country Jewellery look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to ensure every piece is handmade and crafted to look exactly like the photos. Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, there might be slight variations in colour, shape and finish.

What materials do you use?

We have an excellent supplier who provides us with high quality materials. Our pieces mostly consist of gold filled, gold plated sterling silver, sterling silver and gemstone materials. Each product has a detailed description of all of its material components.


What is your Health & Safety Guidance?

  • This jewellery and packaging is not a toy.
  • Keep jewellery and all packaging away from babies, children and pets.
  • Small parts may present a choking hazard if swallowed. Please urgently contact a medical professional if this should occur.
  • Do not place jewellery or jewellery components in the mouth.
  • Discontinue use if any component becomes loose, damaged or broken.

Some metals naturally tarnish over time. Proper care, storage and regular cleaning can help maintain your jewellery’s appearance.
