4. Products and Descriptions

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, minor variations may occur.

  • Each natural stone is unique in colour, finish, shape, and possible imperfections.

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your device settings.

  • Product measurements are approximate.

  • If you have metal or material allergies, please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (ÂŁ) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We may update prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.

Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors.

Your order confirmation email will include key contract information, including:

  • products purchased

  • total price

  • delivery details

  • your cancellation rights

  • how to exercise those rights

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the item is out of stock

  • payment cannot be processed

  • fraudulent activity is suspected

  • there is an error in pricing or product information

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days, as required by UK consumer law. If delivery is delayed beyond this period, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Risk passes to you once the order is delivered.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for any resulting loss or delay. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be required to pay additional postage costs for redelivery.

If a parcel is lost by the courier, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Cancellation Rights (Your Right to Cancel)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Your cancellation period begins as soon as you place your order and lasts until 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at orderseloise@outlook.com.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about returns, refund eligibility, return postage and exclusions.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details on how to contact us and arrange a return.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights.

11. Digital Content

If we supply digital content, such as downloadable materials, your cancellation rights will be explained before purchase.

Where you agree to receive digital content immediately, you may lose your right to cancel once the download or supply has begun, where permitted by law.

This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty.
